What if the worst predictions of scientists come true and mankind will have to survive without electricity? The Ukrainian scout organization in Estonia, PLAST decided to deal with this case among young Ukrainian people living abroad. The initiator and project manager Rostislav Chikalski made the realization of the exchange possible through the European program “Youth in action”. At the end of July, 27 native Ukrainian participants coming from five countries – Latvia, Rumania, Germany, Bulgaria and Estonia gathered in Tallinn to experience life without light, energy, internet.
