13.–14. oktoobril 2011 Tallinnas toimub 1. rahvusvaheline soome-ugri
kuvandikonverents. Konverentsil analüüsitakse soome-ugri kuvandi
hetkeseisu, selle tähtsust ja tähendust soome-ugri liikumisele ning
pakutakse välja võimalikke tegevusi soome-ugri kuvandi tugevdamiseks
nii globaalselt kui ka hõimurahvaste seas.
Konverentsi töökeeled on inglise ja vene keel, tagatud on
sünkroontõlge töökeelte vahel.
Osalemine on tasuta.

Short-term EVS project "Faces without Masks 2011"

Estonian UNESCO Youth Association is looking for 2 unemployed participants from Estonia for a training course entitled "(Ex)Change your Masks". The training will gather unemployed young people and youth workers from 8 European countries where the rate of unemployment amongst youth is extremely high.

Duration of EVS: since the 1st of April till the 31st of May 2011 (for
two months)
Summary of the project:

In July 2010, Estonian UNESCO Youth Association carried out the study visit "Fenno-Ugria Tribes: Unity of Russia and EU" (FUTUREU).
Being supported by Estonian Agency for Youth in Action programme (ENEB), the project took place in South Karelia village Korobitsyno, Russia.

In spring 2010, long-term unemployed youngsters became short-term EVS volunteers.
Together with participants from France and Portugal, four Estonian youngsters were hosted in Macedonia, Skopje within EVS project related to international alternative theatre festival "Faces without Masks". The name of the festival gave a title to EVS project itself.
