Organiser: Sustainable Development and Human Resources Assistance Centre (C.A.D.D.R.U.)

Target group: Project managers, Youth leaders, Youth Policy Makers, Youth workers in the field of youth training / forming. The participants should be able to speak in the name of the organisation he or she represents and should be able to engage the organisation in partnerships and future projects.

The main aim is to facilitate the collaboration among the participant organizations in order to plan future activities within the Youth in Action Programme.

 The objectifs of the project are:

• To create a favorable work enviroment for stimulating the open dialogue and the cooperation between the participants.
• To establish links of co-operation, that enable the participants to organize new and innovative youth projects with an European dimension.
• To debate specific problems and needs in the field of training and non-formal education for every participant country and finding solutions leading to draft project proposals.

 This PBA will gather 30 participants from 10-15 E.U. countries.
