Participants received much time for non-formal communication. For example they devided in small groups 5-6 people, walked with in the center of the Tallinn and made pictures for exhibitions. We offered to participants to compose opinion about tolerance in Estonian community and self understanding of this word though communication with each other and with local people. Photo cameras helped us to make step to open-mind and positive thinking. Participants lookes for positive and kind situation and maked pictures. Sometimes they asked people to help them to compose the plots. Some of them participated in photo sessions during Photo Cross. For explaing why the make pictures, youngsters explaned to the people on the streets idea of our project, asked about moral values and understanding the word tolerance and invited them on the exhibition.
We achieved the active participation of each group in Activity programm. Every day we have day-team – there was the international team of 5 youngsters. In the evening they participated in the meeting with the group leaders and planned in detail the activity for the next day. During next day they explained the main aim of the day and the tasks. They took the roles of coordinators of the project day.
For exhibition our participants prepared theatricals exposition (Positive Moments, Details, Positive appearance, Faces, etc), Hand painted Uniform, hand made surprises for creating warm and positive atmosphere. Every visitor who saw our advertising, flash mob, games, dances and entered received information about Youth in Action programme, about Youth Exchanges, about our project themes, about our point of view on the tolerance and values, international cooperation, youth initiative and positive thinking. By the way Tallinn inhabitants were very surprised that Exhibition’s pictures made in Tallinn, because many people forgot to concentrate they self on positive details. The roles of the Exhibition`s guide were all participants. Whey divided in 3 groups. The 1st group attracted attention of the people on the street using flash mobs, singing and dancing. The 2d group invited to play and dance with them near the place of exhibition on the underground passage. The 3d group met every visitor and accompanied them though all exposition. Every hour groups changed the roles.
We opened exhibition at 3 p.m. and stayed till 7.30. p.m. During this period we did not see empty hall. It was great achievement and motivation for participants. They understood that attracted attention of the people our project and our topic. When visitors leaved messages on the big sheet of paper they thanked participants for initiative and positive emotions.
