Euroopa Komisjon ootab 10. septembriks 2010 taotlusi noortele ja noortevaldkonnas tegevatele inimestele ja organisatsioonidele suunatud infotegevuste projektideks programmi Euroopa Noored alaprogrammis 4.5.

GE Social is a nonprofit organization focused on design, management and evaluation of non formal education programs addressed to people in social exclusion risk, which works with associations, public institutions and individuals.

The project aims at the design of an innovative methodology to integrate the ICTs in the information and communication activities carried out by workers (from public  institutions, NGOs, associations, or interested groups) in the field of youth programs. This methodology will be designed to improve the information quality systems and services for youth quality according to the available techniques and tools in the market (for example social virtual networks likeTwitter, Facebook, Blogs or technologies for audio, video and virtual communications)  which are more and more spread among young people. The methodology will pay attention also to the different groups of beneficiaries' needs and level of knowledge in ICT tools, making more attractive and easier the access to the information.

The project will integrate a training program for workers in the field of youth applying specific techniques, materials and contents related to the new ways of information and communication more suitable to the new social habits and attending to specific needs of young people. In this case, once the methodology has been designed the project will integrate a training program addressed to workers in the field of young people with special needs: disabled young people, young immigrants and under age in risk of social exclusions social.

The project aims also at the dissemination and transfer of the methodology and results in order to multiply its objectives and impacts over Europe. This implies a celebration of a Virtual Forum in Madrid addressed to workers and institutions of Europe.
